Senior Product Manager, Transportation Technology

About the role

Coupang is looking for a Product Manager to join its International Transportation Product team, which builds and scales technology products powering the end-to-end transportation network across Asia. The role covers the full transportation journey, from supplier pickup and fulfillment center movement to last-mile delivery and returns, working with operations, engineering and data teams. It is not a Taiwan-only role, with opportunities to drive transportation technology initiatives with global impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage products across the full transportation lifecycle: first mile (supplier to fulfillment center), middle mile (fulfillment center to delivery station) and last mile (delivery station to customer and returns).
• Define product strategy, roadmap and requirements, write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering teams throughout development.
• Partner with operations teams on automation, efficiency improvements and service enhancements.
• Lead transportation technology products, drive adoption through UAT, pilots and rollouts, and develop AI-powered solutions for delivery quality and compliance.
• Contribute to the address intelligence platform, using delivery insights from millions of customer interactions and thousands of drivers to improve address accuracy and route efficiency.
• Improve driver-facing delivery apps, including real-time photo verification, location compliance validation, image intelligence and automation, and AI-powered operational tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Data Analytics and Business stakeholders, make data-driven decisions and influence strategy across Taiwan and other markets.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept through launch and adoption.
• Strong experience writing product requirements and working with engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Currently based in Taiwan.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, mobility, ride-hailing, delivery or supply chain.
• Software engineering background, especially those who moved from SDE to product management.
• Experience with data-intensive or platform products, AI, machine learning or operational technology products.
• Experience working across multiple countries or global teams.
