Senior Product Manager II - Customer Experience

About the role

Coupang is looking for a Senior Product Manager II to join its Customer Experience product team in Taiwan. Working with designers, data analysts and business stakeholders, you will lead improvements, innovations and new program launches for the Coupang Taiwan shopping experience on the mobile app and website, helping attract new customers and improve the experience for existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for one or more areas within customer experience.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining requirements, use cases and success metrics.
• Develop hypotheses to improve the customer experience, working closely with designers and validating them through experimentation with defined user input and business output metrics.
• Drive new product development with clear objectives and timelines, collaborating across teams and using rigorous project management methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of product management experience with a proven product vision.
• Analytical mindset suited to a fast-paced, data-driven, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience designing and launching consumer-facing products such as e-commerce, marketing, social media or gaming.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects to solve ambiguous business and customer problems.
• Ability to use data (e.g. Excel, SQL) to frame problems and draw insights.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
