Senior Manager, Trust and Safety Compliance Audit

About the role

The Trust & Safety team at Coupang seeks a dynamic Senior Manager to lead compliance audit efforts. You will ensure that products and processes meet all trust and safety standards while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive audit programs to assess trust and safety compliance.
• Conduct on‑site and remote audits, reviewing findings and identifying non‑compliance issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with relevant policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Lead, mentor and train a team of compliance auditors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with fraud operations, product, quality assurance, supply chain and legal teams to address compliance gaps.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain organized audit documentation.
• Drive initiatives to enhance compliance processes and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in trust and safety compliance auditing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and results.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality audit outcomes.
