About the role

Responsible for the procurement, contracting, operational management, and SLA performance of linehaul carriers supporting truck‑level transportation service throughout the Coupang operational network.

Key responsibilities

Procure, contract, and manage operations of linehaul carriers.
Ensure SLA performance for truck‑level transportation services.
Manage strategic partner relationships and supplier coordination.
Align cross‑functional stakeholders across fulfillment and retail.
Oversee P&L, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
Develop leadership of assigned managers.
