Senior IT Site Support Analyst

About the role

Advanced Energy is looking for a highly motivated Senior IT Site Support Analyst to be the primary IT partner for its Taiwan operations. You will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of local IT services while collaborating with global IT teams to support business operations and drive technology improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support for end users across Taiwan offices, diagnosing hardware, software, OS and application issues.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware vCenter, Cisco networking equipment, LAN/WLAN/WAN, and cloud services (Azure, GCP).
• Administer server maintenance, patching, and support business‑critical systems such as AV, access control, CCTV, PABX, and printing services.
• Partner with corporate IT and regional stakeholders to align with global standards, participate in global projects, and implement enterprise solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, manage assets, coordinate vendors, and support ITSM processes including incident, change, and request management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT operations or infrastructure support in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and across global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; English proficiency.
