Senior IT Engineer

About the role

The Senior IT Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure and systems. This role ensures stable operation, efficient delivery, and continuous optimization of corporate IT services, supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, deploy and maintain office networks, Wi‑Fi, servers and related infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise‑level application systems to ensure stable performance.
• Design and maintain wired and wireless network architecture, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems such as Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Monitor infrastructure health, perform preventive maintenance and quickly resolve incidents.
• Provide technical guidance to L1 support staff and assist internal users with hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and meet their IT needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi) and equipment (firewalls, routers, switches).
• Hands‑on experience with Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Experience managing IAM solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, able to work independently and within a team.
