Senior IT Engineer

About the role

The Senior IT Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems. This role ensures stable operation, efficient delivery, and continuous optimisation of corporate IT services supporting daily business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, deploy and maintain the group’s IT system infrastructure, including office networks, Wi‑Fi, servers and related hardware.
• Design, implement and maintain office network architecture (wired and wireless) and ensure its stability, security and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID and SSO.
• Monitor infrastructure health, perform preventive maintenance and rapidly resolve IT incidents to ensure business continuity.
• Provide technical guidance to L1 support staff and assist internal users with hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfil their IT needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi) and network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches).
• Hands‑on experience with Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
• Practical experience with IAM solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or Bash is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
