Senior Finance Manager

About the role

As a Senior Finance Manager at Ferring, you will ensure the integrity of financial data, compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and support the business with accurate financial analysis and reporting across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor IFRS, internal guidelines and local fiscal regulations.
• Manage treasury activities, bank relationships and cash‑flow optimisation.
• Oversee tax compliance, transfer‑price monitoring and related adjustments.
• Provide timely financial performance assessments, variance analysis and corrective actions to the General Manager and regional controllers.
• Lead budgeting, planning and forecasting processes, challenging departmental budgets and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Maintain and enhance Management Information Systems, dashboards and performance indicators.
• Identify and implement efficiency synergies, risk mitigation measures and internal control improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data, assess risks and propose corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills to advise senior management and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
