Senior Endoluminal Market Development Manager

About the role

The Senior Endoluminal Market Development Manager drives market development for the Ion Endoluminal System during its pre-commercialization phase. The role focuses on building relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in thoracic surgery and pulmonology, guiding customers from pre-commercialization through full portfolio commercialization, and building foundational knowledge of the specialty to support future innovations. It requires strong collaboration with global marketing, commercial leadership, product management and clinical engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the Ion product portfolio introduction by building relationships with physicians, hospital executives and specialty society leadership.
• Build knowledge of interventional pulmonology, interventional radiology and thoracic surgery, including patient journeys, imaging technologies and devices, incentives and barriers, and key stakeholders.
• Gain market insight on how lung cancer screening and incidental nodule programs are implemented across hospital segments.
• Prepare data-driven strategies supporting adoption of new technologies and understand how ROI is calculated for hospital stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with regional and global commercial leadership.
• Travel up to 40%, including international trips.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare sales and/or marketing.
• Proven ability to work across regions, cultures and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with early product and procedure adoption curves.
• Ability to present and articulate business plans to stakeholders and leadership.
• Clinical acumen in lung health specialties preferred.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
