Senior Digital Marketing Specialist & Project Manager

About the role

The Web Commerce Global Digital Marketing Team is looking for a senior specialist who will own the full marketing funnel for English‑speaking markets. You will drive paid‑media performance, SEO growth and website conversion optimisation to increase revenue and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Microsoft/Bing, Meta and Amazon platforms.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page, technical and content optimisation.
• Lead website conversion‑rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, run A/B tests and improve click‑through and conversion metrics.
• Analyse paid and organic performance data, report trends and propose data‑driven optimisation actions.
• Write ad copy and guide creative assets, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align keywords, copy and website content.
• Stay ahead of industry shifts in PPC, SEO and AI‑driven search, applying best practices to maintain competitive performance.

Required profile
