Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

Kinaxis is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead large‑scale client implementation projects. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Global Customer Care and Professional Services, ensuring that complex supply‑chain solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, sales teams and product managers to define project objectives, scope and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations for million‑dollar implementations.
• Lead kickoff meetings, set communication channels and align expectations with all stakeholders.
• Assign tasks to consultants, monitor progress, track KPIs and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document project artefacts such as plans, requirements, test cases and issue logs.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management and drive continuous improvement using lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, complex implementation projects in a professional services environment.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly.
• Excellent organizational and risk‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
