Senior Data Analyst – Logistics

About the role

Data Analysts on Coupang's Taiwan Logistics Analytics team are responsible for understanding and improving the entire customer delivery journey, from order placement to final last‑mile delivery. The role involves building and maintaining data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, and delivering actionable insights to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor KPIs for the delivery network, analyze operational metrics, and identify root causes of issues.
• Evaluate new initiatives such as route optimization through pre‑ and post‑launch analysis and simulation frameworks.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines (Airflow DAGs) and data mart tables (Hive/Presto) for delivery‑domain analytics.
• Develop and manage business reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience analyzing large‑scale datasets using SQL (Presto/Hive).
• Experience developing ETL processes and orchestrating pipelines with Airflow.
• Proficiency building dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, or Zeppelin.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot data quality and validation issues.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and intermediate English.
