Senior Data Analyst, Growth Marketing

About the role

Coupang Taiwan is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join its Growth Analytics team and support performance marketing operations. You will help enable marketing campaigns across Paid, Search and CRM channels, partnering with marketing stakeholders to build performance reporting and data feeds and to analyze user behavior. You will work closely with a dedicated manager who provides guidance and support.

Key responsibilities

• Process audience-building requests using SQL and Python, writing SQL queries to segment customers for campaigns and marketing data feeds
• Analyze marketing data to identify key performance drivers and give stakeholders actionable insights
• Deep-dive into data issues with stakeholders and drive action
• Maintain high quality and accuracy, documenting work and code clearly
• Handle reporting requests and data pulls that support decision-making
• Communicate proactively and clearly with internal stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of data analytics experience
• Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and testing methodologies
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail and data validation skills
• Strong verbal and written Mandarin and English

Required skills

• SQL
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Preferred: Python, data ETL and data engineering principles, experience in retail/e-commerce, performance marketing or CRM, and experience in global teams
