Senior Data Analyst, Growth Marketing

About the role

Coupang Taiwan is expanding its Growth Analytics team and seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support performance marketing operations across paid, search, and CRM channels. You will partner with marketing stakeholders to build reporting, data feeds, and insights that drive campaign effectiveness and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries to segment customers and create marketing data feeds.
• Analyze marketing performance data to uncover key drivers and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate data issues and provide clear documentation of work and code.
• Produce reporting and data extracts that support decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of data analytics experience with strong SQL and data‑visualisation skills.
• Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English.
