Senior Buyer – Supply Chain Platform Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Buyer to lead end‑to‑end supply management for mechanical products on our platform, based in our Taipei office.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize demand analysis, supply planning, and inventory management for mechanical products.
• Execute procurement activities including forecast release, purchase order processing, and logistics coordination.
• Identify supply risks, develop mitigation actions, and monitor shortages or excess inventory.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal cost, quality, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Track vendor performance using metrics such as delivery reliability, responsiveness, quality, and flexibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier scheduling, material visibility, and communication processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of direct procurement or supply‑chain experience in Computer OEM/ODM or Server System Solution industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Proven ability to work proactively, take accountability, and collaborate across organizations.
• Fluency in English.
