Senior Business Intelligence & Data Management Specialist

About the role

The Senior Business Intelligence & Data Management Specialist will support the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager in driving high performance of the Taiwan and Hong Kong commercial teams. The role provides business intelligence, data analytics and data‑management solutions to enable data‑driven commercial decisions and to support Business Excellence initiatives, including the exploration of AI‑enabled use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions that deliver timely insights to commercial teams and senior management.
• Integrate and analyse multiple data sources – distributor sales, customer/account, field execution and other commercial datasets – to create a holistic view of business performance.
• Partner with Brand, Sales and Business Excellence teams to identify opportunities, monitor key performance indicators and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Provide regular and ad‑hoc performance reporting, including daily, monthly and quarterly sales analysis and custom analyses aligned with evolving priorities.
• Manage commercial data integration, validation, cleansing and transformation processes to ensure a reliable, scalable data foundation.
• Establish and continuously improve master‑data management and data‑matching methodologies for HCO/HCP and customer records.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for recurring data processing and quality checks.
• Support the identification, pilot testing and adoption of AI‑enabled business use cases in collaboration with internal and regional technology teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Management, Engineering or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management or Commercial Excellence.
• Proven experience working with multiple commercial data sources and managing data‑integration, data‑quality and master‑data processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to turn complex data into clear business insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
