Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable (Production)

About the role

SiTime is a precision timing company seeking a Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable to join its fast‑growing accounting team. Reporting to the Ukraine‑based AP Manager, the role focuses on production‑related expenses, handling both domestic and international invoices, and ensuring timely, accurate payments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of production/inventory invoices from purchase requisition to payment, including three‑way matching.
• Investigate and resolve invoice‑goods receipt mismatches and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Manage month‑end close activities, post accrual entries, and reconcile AP production clearing accounts.
• Coordinate with production teams to align budgets, resolve discrepancies, and support financial tracking.
• Handle high‑volume, multi‑currency AP for international entities while ensuring compliance with local tax laws (VAT/GST, withholding tax).
• Collaborate with regional finance partners to streamline cross‑border AP workflows and support SOX compliance documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to international AP and multi‑currency payments.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with costing and production cost structures is a plus.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP) accounting system.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Three‑way matching, invoicing, and purchase order processing.
• Multi‑currency payment handling.
• SOX compliance documentation.
