Security Supervisor / Specialist – North Asia

About the role

The Security Supervisor/Specialist will be based at the Global Headquarters and will lead the implementation and standardisation of physical security and cargo loss‑prevention programmes across North Asia warehouse facilities. Reporting to the HQ Security Manager, the role ensures compliance with international supply‑chain security standards such as TAPA, C‑TPAT and AEO, while coordinating audits, investigations and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Translate HQ security policies into regional actions and ensure compliance across all North Asia stations.
• Plan and execute systematic security audits of regional hubs and subcontracted warehousing partners, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Provide 24/7 operational monitoring, including route monitoring and physical surveillance for high‑value cargo.
• Manage incident triage, investigation and reporting using HQ templates and response protocols.
• Act as the regional security liaison for operations teams and law‑enforcement, delivering security‑awareness training to warehouse and logistics personnel.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in facility security, loss prevention or supply‑chain security within logistics or high‑volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of international security standards (TAPA, C‑TPAT, AEO) and regional customs security requirements.
• Proven track record conducting physical audits, leading incident investigations and managing vendor security.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese for coordination with regional offices and subcontractors.

Required skills
