Sales Account Manager – Field Service Software

About the role

The Sales Account Manager (FLS) will be the primary contact for clients using KLA's field service management software. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure client success with real‑time scheduling, route optimization, and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the FLS software business line, handling client inquiries, issue resolution, and communication with product, support, and engineering teams.
• Develop and execute account strategies, focusing on upselling features such as dynamic route optimization and mobile workforce tools to meet sales targets.
• Monitor client satisfaction and performance metrics, conduct regular check‑ins, gather feedback, and proactively address challenges to maintain high retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver customized FLS solutions, integrating appointment planning, logistics, and data‑driven insights.
• Analyze account data, produce forecasts and market opportunity reports, and recommend enhancements to drive growth.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand KLA’s presence in the FLS market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of field sales or marketing experience, preferably in advanced packaging, ICs, or the semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing complex implementation projects with matrixed teams.
• Ability to travel locally for business meetings.
