职位概况
负责Coupang在台湾桃园地区的高级人才招聘（L3层级），通过数据分析与项目管理提升招聘效率，支持公司快速扩张。
主要职责
- 主导L3专业职位的全流程招聘，确保人才质量符合公司文化与成长需求。
- 进行多维度人才数据分析，提供基于渠道、经验、薪资结构及性别多元性的招聘建议。
- 监控并优化招聘Lead Time，识别瓶颈提升效率。
- 追踪L3岗位的离职率与留任质量，反馈至招聘策略。
- 规划并执行招聘项目，包括SOP制定及跨部门招聘活动。
- 定期向管理层提供数据报告，预测风险并提出改进方案。
任职要求
- 大学学历，具备3年以上人才招聘或项目管理经验。
- 具备数据分析能力，能够分析招聘Lead Time、离职率等复杂数据并推动决策。
- 熟悉人才市场分析（Market Mapping），了解行业、年资及薪资结构。
- 具备目标导向和高度自我驱动能力，能够达成具挑战性的目标。
- 有高速成长新创或大型物流/零售环境工作或招聘经验者优先。
