Recruitment Data Management Specialist

About the role

Coupang is expanding its logistics services in Taiwan and seeks a Recruitment Data Management Specialist to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions. The role bridges business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to enable data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to translate requirements into data pipelines and KPI dashboards.
• Develop, automate, and optimise SQL‑based data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
• Create and maintain visualisations and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Ensure data quality, perform ad‑hoc analysis, and communicate insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, stored procedures and query optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Familiarity with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and data‑warehousing concepts.
