Project Manager

About the role

Kyndryl runs and reimagines the mission-critical technology systems used by leading businesses, and is looking for a Project Manager in Taipei. The Project Manager oversees the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule and budget, acts as the main point of contact for customers and builds trusted relationships while coordinating technical, delivery and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, plans, milestones and governance
• Lead project execution, track progress and adjust plans to meet business objectives
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Serve as the main contact for customers, partners and vendors
• Communicate status, risks and recommendations to technical and business audiences

Required profile

• Proven experience and a growth mindset
• Customer-focused and open to working with diverse colleagues
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Required skills

• Scrum or Project Management skills, PMP certificate
• Basic architectural IT knowledge
• Organization and planning skills
• Teamwork with a "one team" philosophy
• Preferred: MS Project or similar project management software
