Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst

About the role

Nexperia is seeking a Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst to join its Taiwan team. The role supports the end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time while aligning demand with production capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply chain modeling and set parameters (lead times, safety stocks) in the master planning system.
• Support S&OP processes together with business unit and capacity planners.
• Oversee order management, ensuring timely fulfillment of sales orders, forecasts, and safety‑stock replenishment.
• Plan and release production orders to manufacturing sites, monitoring supply deviations.
• Handle exception management, allocation decisions, and production prioritisation to avoid customer line downtime.
• Support new product introductions and coordinate returns (quality, technical, logistics, commercial).
• Regularly review KPIs, initiate improvement actions, and participate in cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Excellent analytical abilities and process‑driven mindset.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including multicultural collaboration.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, virtual, and international teams.
• Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and fluency in English.
