About the role
As a Process RnD Engineer you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, collecting and analyzing data, performing hardware characterization, and troubleshooting complex engineering issues.
Key responsibilities
- Design experiments, collect data, analyze results and compile detailed reports.
- Perform hardware characterization on advanced systems and troubleshoot complex problems using root cause analysis.
- Measure film properties, interpret data and generate internal technical documentation.
- Engage with customers to resolve process engineering concerns and collaborate with vendors and suppliers.
- Implement new technologies, products and analytical instrumentation, and lead project teams as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 4‑7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise in complex problem solving.
- Hands‑on experience with CVD, ALD and PVD processes is a plus.
- Experience with smart tools, smart sensors and AI/ML modeling is a plus.
