職位簡介
AmazingTalker 成立於 2016 年，是專注線上教育的台灣新創，擁有超過 150 種課程與 10,000 多名教師。產品團隊以設計思考與數據洞察為核心，尋找一位中階產品設計師，不僅完成設計，更要對設計決策帶來的影響負責。
主要職責
- 依據使用者行為與各地市場差異進行設計判斷與優化，持續調整策略
- 從目標與 OKR 出發，主導新功能或新策略的設計與驗證，說明關鍵假設與決策
- 將經驗轉化為團隊可複用的做法、流程或決策原則
- 整合資源，以設計思考推進產品目標，並說明對未來架構的影響
- 同時推進多個功能，制定短期、中期與長期規劃並排序優先級
- 資源不足時主動向上溝通，調整策略或爭取支援
任职要求
- 3 年以上軟體產品管理相關經驗，參與過 SaaS、B2C 或 C2C 平台類產品
- 行銷相關經驗，能以行銷漏斗思維看待產品成長
- 曾與軟體工程師合作，了解前端與後端運作
- 英語能力 B2 以上
我們提供
- 月薪 118,000 至 180,000 元新台幣，年薪約 165 萬至 252 萬元（含薪資與獎金）
- 優於勞基法的病假事假、週休二日、15 天特休假及女性生理假
- 彈性上下班時間（9:00-12:00 上班，18:00-21:00 下班）
- 重訓器材、瑜珈教室、每週瑜珈課、按摩椅、PS4/Switch 等休閒設施
- 距離捷運新北產業園區站步行 1 分鐘，配備人體工學椅與升降桌
- 提供公司電腦（Mac 系列）
