职位概况

負責臺南生產線上各式精密設備的管理與運作，確保設備持續在生產模式下正常運行，提升產能與良率。

主要职责

執行例行性與預防性保養，進行零件更換與潤滑，確保機台各部位正常。
快速診斷設備異常原因（如過載、溫度異常），並進行維修與修復。
分析機台參數，調校、改裝或升級設備，以提升稼動率、生產效率與產品良率。
評估新設備、規劃導入流程，建立標準操作與維護制度。
詳細記錄維修過程、故障原因與改善方案，撰寫設備使用規範。
完成主管交辦的其他事項。
