职位概况
负责管理并拓展Coupang Marketplace平台上的策略型卖家合作，推动商品品类扩充、提升竞争力，优化平台绩效，实现业务增长。
主要职责
- 与大型卖家建立深度合作，扩大商品品项及平台曝光，提升评论与复购率。
- 提供商品曝光建议，争取首页推荐、每日特价等高流量版位。
- 运用平台数据制定定价策略，提升销量并获取优质曝光。
- 监控卖家运营绩效，确保符合促销活动资格。
- 指导卖家物流与履约，推动免运费等配送模式。
任职要求
- 具备丰富的电商平台客户管理经验，能够扩大高交易量卖家账户规模。
- 深入了解平台推荐机制与搜索算法。
- 能够独立管理复杂促销活动的全流程。
- 具备数据分析思维，能通过关键指标评估并提出改进方案。
- 优秀的跨部门与客户沟通能力。
