About the role

The Dispatch Officer is responsible for daily vehicle dispatch and route planning to ensure on‑time delivery of goods. The role involves coordinating with drivers, contractors and internal teams, monitoring vehicle status, and optimizing transport operations. You will also support cost control and reporting activities within the logistics department.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily vehicle dispatch and delivery routes based on customer demand, cargo volume and vehicle availability, and monitor real‑time vehicle status to improve efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate drivers, contractors and relevant units to ensure smooth transport operations, track delivery progress, handle exceptions and maintain transport records.
• Control transport costs, perform data analysis, operate Transport Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), maintain data accuracy, and prepare operational reports for performance tracking.
• Monitor real‑time vehicle status to proactively address delays and improve delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate transport operation data and documentation.
