职位概况
我们是一家国际科技大厂，现招聘机械工程师，负责产品机械结构设计与开发。要求具备机械工程或相关专业学士以上学历，能够在跨部门团队中进行有效沟通与协作。
主要职责
- 负责产品机械结构的设计与3D CAD建模。
- 进行DFM、公差（Tolerance）及制造可行性评估。
- 支持原型制作、NPI及量产相关工作。
- 分析并解决产品设计及制造过程中的问题。
- 与研发、制造、质量及供应商等部门进行跨部门协作。
任职要求
- 机械工程或相关科系学士以上学历。
- 3年以上机械设计/产品开发经验。
- 熟悉3D CAD软件及机构设计流程。
- 具备DFM、Tolerance、GD&T及制造流程经验。
- 具产品验证、问题分析或NPI经验，良好英文沟通能力。
