职位概况
负责执行商业办公大楼、工业及投资性不动产的价值评估与市场分析，为客户提供投资、融资及资产管理决策支持。
主要职责
- 开展各类不动产估价并撰写符合IFRS的完整报告。
- 依据估价结果协助客户制定投资、融资及资产管理方案。
- 监测不动产市场趋势、法规及政策变化。
- 在项目管理与客户沟通中确保估价流程符合内部控制标准。
任职要求
- 持有效不动产估价师证照。
- 至少1年不动产估价或相关财务分析经验，具商仲背景佳。
- 熟悉国内不动产市场及相关法规（如土地法、不动产税法）。
- 具良好沟通与报告撰写能力，英文能力佳者加分。
