Non‑Technical Project/Program Management (B2)

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a non‑technical project and program manager to support the delivery of critical initiatives in its Hsinchu facility. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet specifications, schedules, and cost targets while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support specific project and program objectives, completing preliminary activities such as outcome definition, milestone planning, viability studies, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all phases of project, program, and process development are documented and that required information is communicated to other functional areas.
• Maintain compliance with engineering lab notebook policies, patents, confidentiality, and safety regulations.
• Undertake studies of new technologies as needed and support data collection for materials and financial resources.
• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and timeliness to guarantee successful completion.
