Marketing Specialist, Taiwan & Hong Kong

About the role

The Marketing Specialist is the execution and coordination engine for the Taiwan & Hong Kong markets. You will support the rollout of marketing programs, manage assets and content, and keep the marketing calendar on track while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, localise and adapt practice and consumer marketing assets (in‑clinic materials, toolkits, sales aids, EDMs, social content, video edits) for Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• Maintain the marketing asset library, track language versions, approvals and expiry dates, and ensure only current assets are used.
• Own the end‑to‑end approval workflow, including Bynder submission and routing through marketing, clinical, legal and regulatory reviewers.
• Run logistics for printing, production, inventory, cross‑border movement of materials and premiums; manage vendors and agencies.
• Consolidate campaigns, launches, events, KOL activities and training into a master marketing calendar and flag conflicts early.
• Support planning and on‑site delivery of doctor forums, seminars, product launches, trade shows and KOL activities, handling registration, budget tracking and post‑event reporting.
• Execute digital programmes: website and landing‑page updates, Doctor Locator accuracy, EDM deployment, social and paid‑media asset trafficking.
• Monitor local consumer lead flow, ensure quality and timely hand‑over to sales teams.
