Marketing Brand Manager – Pizza Business

About the role

The Marketing Brand Manager will drive growth of the pizza business and strengthen brand equity through strategic product portfolio management, communication planning and promotional initiatives. You will work closely with external agencies and cross‑functional teams to meet both brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the pizza category, including marketing calendar, to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Lead new product development (NPD) and integrated marketing communication (IMC) projects, ensuring timely execution and performance tracking.
• Design festival campaigns and limited‑time offers (LTOs) to keep the brand relevant.
• Plan, propose and manage promotional activities based on financial analysis, and conduct post‑campaign evaluations.
• Conduct consumer research and market data analysis to support business decisions.
• Manage relationships and deliverables with external agencies to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Perform weekly and monthly sales and media performance reviews to guide optimisation.
• Oversee A&P budgeting, planning and monitoring.
• Support the Marketing Manager with reports, presentations and meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in consumer product marketing, FMCG or retail.
• Strong analytical skills in financial analysis, market intelligence and consumer research.
• Experience in new product development and project management is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written, spoken, listening).
