Manufacturing Technician

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building, repairing and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment. You will collaborate with engineering to improve processes and support product integration.

Key responsibilities

• Use work orders, schematics and wiring diagrams to assemble, repair and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, repairs and audits of incoming parts.
• Test assemblies with fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps, and document results.
• Provide training to lower‑level technicians and act as a Quality Lead when needed.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree.
• 4–7 years of semiconductor or display manufacturing experience or comparable industry/military background.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Required skills

• Electro‑mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
• Use of test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps.
• Computer programming and software installation for equipment.
