Maintenance Tools Service & Support Specialist

About the role

The role combines tools management, ground support equipment (GSE) assistance, life‑support equipment oversight and POL (fuel) coordination for Airbus Helicopters in Taipei. You will ensure inventory accuracy, calibration compliance and equipment readiness while supporting the maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory for tools, diagnostics, measuring equipment (TDME) and GSE, including daily checks, shadow boards and quarterly audits.
• Coordinate calibration vendors, monitor due dates and arrange shipment of TMDE and GSE for calibration or repair.
• Maintain tool room cleanliness, process POPR requests, replace or purchase standard tools, and keep accountability records up to date.
• Oversee life‑support equipment inventory (life jackets, rafts, oxygen cylinders), replace emergency medications, and ensure regular maintenance and tagging.
• Handle POL management: monitor fuel tags, update control lists, forecast fuel orders, and coordinate disposal of expired fuel.
• Liaise with maintenance, procurement and vendor teams to forecast tool availability and ensure compliance with mission equipment availability contracts.

Required profile

• Professional experience in inventory, calibration or equipment management, preferably in an aerospace or aviation environment.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to cooperate with multiple internal teams and external vendors to support maintenance plans.
