Maintenance Engineer – Day/Night Shift

About the role

Qnity is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support its advanced electronics and high‑tech manufacturing operations. The position works on a rotating day and night shift within a four‑team structure, ensuring continuous equipment reliability. You will contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform four‑team, two‑shift rotating duties (day and night) to maintain production uptime.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks during each shift.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failure cases promptly.
• Implement equipment improvement projects that enhance performance.
• Develop and standardize documentation for maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ensure daily compliance with safety standards and Qnity core values.
• Apply Six Sigma principles to support production troubleshooting and process optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of equipment maintenance experience.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
• Proficiency in documentation, computer use and presentation skills.
