Key Account Manager, Imaging and Imaging Guided Therapy

About the role

Join Philips Health System Taiwan as a Key Account Manager focused on Imaging and Imaging Guided Therapy. You will act as the primary contact for customer accounts, develop tactical account plans, and drive sales performance in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts covering the Philips product portfolio.
• Prepare and execute tactical account plans aligned with regional strategy.
• Maintain accurate data in the funnel management tool (SFDC) and manage sales forecasts.
• Achieve budgeted sales volumes, pricing targets, profit margins, and order management.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including product specialists, clinical application specialists, project managers, marketing communications, and customer service.
• Contribute to local marketing strategy development and implementation.
• Analyse and report sales results, market trends, competition, and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Strong execution capability and a results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SFDC (Salesforce) for funnel and forecast management.
