Key Account Manager – Consumer Healthcare

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Haleon, you will promote and sell our consumer‑healthcare brands to designated accounts, driving sales and expanding customer coverage. You will develop and execute customer development strategies while maintaining strong relationships and collaborating with field teams to ensure business plans are effectively implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance aligned with company objectives by creating winning account strategies and executing trade‑marketing activities.
• Optimize in‑store product exposure through shelf‑space management and merchandising initiatives.
• Achieve profit targets by designing promotion plans, leveraging rental and allowance resources, and negotiating contracts.
• Facilitate line extensions and new product launches with effective go‑to‑market strategies.
• Lead Joint Business Plan (JBP) discussions to strengthen partnerships and support customers with inventory and shelf‑space management.
• Provide market intelligence to supervisors and marketing teams.
• Lead, motivate, and assess the performance of team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management position.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and planning abilities.
• Trade‑marketing experience is a plus.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Key Account Manager role.
