About the role
Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan is looking for a Junior Reliability Technician to support the reliability laboratory of its Diodes Division. The role involves operating testing equipment, collecting data, and ensuring product quality for a range of semiconductor components.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate reliability testing equipment and confirm test conditions.
- Arrange work schedules, collate test result data, and maintain 5S standards in the lab.
- Support engineers with special test requests and perform functionality tests on abnormal or failed parts.
- Prepare weekly reports and highlight issues to relevant personnel.
- Assist in communication and training for new product and process specifications.
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in testing environments.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Ability to operate and set up reliability testing equipment.
