IT Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

Photronics is seeking an Information Technology Project Manager to lead and optimise the full project lifecycle for IT infrastructure initiatives. The role ensures projects align with business priorities, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards in a fast‑paced global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for new IT infrastructure project requests and manage the intake process.
• Develop and maintain a standardised project intake workflow and priority matrix.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and set success criteria.
• Create detailed project plans with schedules, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience, preferably in an IT or technology setting.
• Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead projects from intake through completion in a global environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.

Required skills

• Experience with ManageEngine Project Management tool.
• Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint and GitLab for tracking IT initiatives.
• Knowledge of PMI‑based methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as networking, servers and security.
