IT Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Analyst will install, maintain, upgrade and continuously improve the operating environment of our sites. You will ensure reliability, performance and security of servers, networks and related hardware while providing day‑to‑day technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and perform routine maintenance on PC and server operating systems.
• Monitor services, generate risk‑focused reports and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and problems reported by users.
• Research, test and deploy new technologies and enhancements.
• Manage acquisition, provisioning and de‑commissioning of equipment, software and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and solid analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client operating systems.
• Familiarity with Linux and other mainstream operating systems.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience with infrastructure service‑management and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of endpoint security management tools and processes.
