Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on‑site in Neihu District. You will work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives and help build a positive, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to develop workforce plans, talent pipelines and succession strategies.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations cases and conflict resolution.
• Support performance‑management cycles, including reviews, coaching and development plans.
• Oversee onboarding, employee engagement programs and change‑management projects.
• Analyze HR data and HRIS reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor and employment regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR business partner or generalist role, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee‑relations practices and labor law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple priorities and drive results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS tools and data analysis.
• Familiarity with performance‑management processes.
