Growth Manager

About the role

OKX is seeking a Growth Manager to deliver concierge‑level support to top‑tier crypto clients, drive client growth, and represent the brand at key events. The role combines client management, strategic collaboration, and proactive service excellence within the fast‑moving cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Provide concierge‑level support, rapid issue response, and proactive guidance such as market intel and platform tips.
• Manage a portfolio of top‑tier clients, acting as their main point of contact and advocating for their needs internally.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to champion client growth and ensure a seamless experience.
• Represent OKX at exclusive events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• 3+ years of growth or operations experience in the cryptocurrency space.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
• Effective communication and a strong sense of urgency to support clients and internal teams.
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
