Floor Manager – Retail Store (Taipei 101)

About the role

As a Floor Manager you will lead the store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences that go beyond expectations. Working alongside a passionate team, you will set the tone for a welcoming, inspiring environment that drives results and brings the brand to life on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high level customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into the Store Manager role when required to ensure continuity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail store operations and standards, preferably in fashion.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a genuine passion for engaging with shoppers.
• Strong product enthusiasm and the ability to share it with customers.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, confident and empathetic in both customer and team interactions.
• Adaptable and flexible, able to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to organise and motivate teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of key retail KPIs and analytical thinking to drive performance.
