Floor Manager - COS Taipei 101

About the role

COS, a ready-to-wear and accessories brand under H&M Group, is looking for a Floor Manager for its Taipei 101 store. The role leads a passionate team in creating excellent customer experiences, setting the tone for a welcoming and inspiring store environment that drives results. It is a full-time position with a 40-hour contract.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience
• Analyse sales data and work with the Store Manager to maximise department performance
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards
• Support recruitment and ensure effective onboarding and training of new team members
• Nurture future talent and contribute to team development plans
• Oversee daily store operations, keeping them efficient and aligned with brand standards
• Act as a brand ambassador and step into the role of Store Manager when required

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a fashion environment, with good knowledge of store operations and standards
• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in the products offered
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and seeking personal and professional development
• Clear, confident and empathetic communicator, able to give direction and constructive feedback
• Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Proven team leadership and analytical understanding of retail KPIs (preferable but not mandatory)
