Fleet Asset Management Technician

About the role

Air Liquide Far Eastern is seeking a Fleet Asset Management Technician to ensure the safe and reliable operation of its truck, tanker, and hydrogen tube‑trailer fleet. The role involves routine vehicle checks, preventive maintenance, and the upkeep of specialised equipment such as weight bridges and cryogenic tanks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all fleet vehicles according to mileage and schedule.
• Perform basic and annual services, including brake, lamp, and tire checks, and ensure KIR test compliance.
• Repair trucks, tankers, and hydrogen tube‑trailers manually to guarantee safe product delivery.
• Generate daily preventive maintenance reports for monthly analysis.
• Inspect, calibrate, and supervise maintenance of weight bridges.
• Inspect, re‑vacuum, and repair cryogenic tanks and manual valves.
• Inspect, repair, and replace oil pumps and transfer pumps as required.
• Prepare tools and spare parts based on driver reports and maintain an inventory for timely repairs.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, prevent oil spills, and manage B3 waste storage.
• Ensure all activities comply with HSQE standards.

Required profile

• Experience in supply‑chain or fleet management.
• Good communication skills.
