Fleet Asset Management Specialist

About the role

Air Liquide Far Eastern is seeking a Fleet Asset Management Specialist to ensure the safe and efficient operation of its vehicle fleet across Taiwan. You will work closely with logistics and supply‑chain teams to keep the fleet operational, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position involves hands‑on technical work, using service manuals and appropriate tools to maintain vehicles that support the delivery of industrial gases and advanced materials.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on fleet equipment.
• Disassemble, clean, re‑assemble, and inspect components to maintain optimal performance.
• Use service manuals properly to guide maintenance procedures.
• Select correct tools and specifications for each maintenance task.
• Maintain the vehicle fleet according to required guidelines and safety measures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in road transportation, distribution, or supply‑chain environments.
