Finance Manager

About the role

Blackmores is seeking a Finance Manager to lead end‑to‑end finance activities for its Taiwan market. The role acts as a finance leader and trusted business partner to the Taiwan leadership team, ensuring strong financial governance, commercial insight, regulatory compliance and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with sales, marketing and operations to communicate financial performance transparently.
• Provide strategic financial advice, scenario modelling, ROI assessment and support investment decisions and business cases.
• Lead the financial planning cycle – annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly rolling forecast – and support integrated business planning.
• Evaluate new product proposals, channel opportunities and promotional investments from commercial and financial perspectives.
• Maintain full accountability for Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay and Record‑to‑Report processes in Taiwan.
• Ensure accurate, timely month‑end close, statutory accounts and management reporting.
• Oversee balance‑sheet integrity, working‑capital, inventory, trade receivables/payables and cash‑flow management.
• Maintain internal controls, risk‑management frameworks and liaison with auditors, tax advisors and regulators.

Required profile

• Proven finance leadership experience with end‑to‑end responsibility for a market or business unit.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business drivers into financial implications.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to partner cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
