Finance Manager

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a trusted business partner for regional management and sales teams. You will provide detailed P&L analysis, comprehensive reporting, and strategic financial insights to support executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver monthly P&L variance and trend analysis, offering operational insights.
• Prepare and present financial statements, KPI dashboards, headcount, and cost reports.
• Lead annual planning and budgeting processes for the region.
• Build financial models to evaluate profitability, ROI, pricing, and special transactions.
• Drive finance initiatives, cross‑functional projects, and process improvements.
• Supervise a team of analysts responsible for reporting and analysis.
• Research complex GAAP issues and act as liaison for internal and SOX audits.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a global or large multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (mastery of formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Financial modeling and analysis expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred.
