Field Service Team Leader

About the role

The Field Service Team Leader will manage an onsite service team, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong customer relationships. You will work closely with functional teams, follow Edwards Best Operating Practice, and contribute to health, safety and loss‑control improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onsite field service team in daily operations.
• Coordinate tasks following Edwards Best Operating Practice.
• Maintain customer relationships and act as primary contact on‑site.
• Gather customer requests and feedback for the Service Manager.
• Prepare regular activity reports and status updates.
• Participate in health, safety and loss‑control improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in field service activities with relevant product knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.

Required skills

• Electro‑mechanical assembly and fitting.
• Electrical/PLC controls.
• Electronics troubleshooting.
